John Boos & Company Owner Joe Emerich has agreed to open his factory doors, which rarely happens, to show IFA members what makes his company the leading manufacturer of butcher block and other products for the kitchen as well as gourmet and celebrity chefs.

Southern Illinois University Professor John Groninger will discuss his trip to advise Afghanistan natural resource managers on forest management.
