EXHIBITS

We have lots of space for exhibits in the banquet room where all indoor sessions will be held. Tables will be provided and will be available for the entire meeting starting on Sunday afternoon. We ask exhibitors to place an item of value in the silent auction in lieu of an exhibit fee.

SILENT AUCTION

The silent auction has become an enjoyable tradition at our meetings. We encourage companies, state chapters, and others to consider donating items to the silent auction. Proceeds support the Walnut Council Foundation, a charitable foundation supporting research and education, so your donations to the silent auction are tax deductible.

To reserve your exhibit space or donate to the silent auction, contact Liz Jackson at 765-583-3501 or email to walnutcouncil@walnutcouncil.org or mark that option on the registration form.

SPONSORSHIPS

Meeting sponsorships help keep registration costs down and can be an effective mode of advertising for individuals, organizations, and companies who promote the culture, growth, and utilization of black walnut and other high value hardwoods. Liz Jackson (765-583-3501; walnutcouncil@walnutcouncil.org). Sponsors will be recognized by signage at the meeting and in the Walnut Council Bulletin.
