In this update, Dr. Miller highlights many of the forest health issues that took center stage throughout 2019 including forest pests, and rapid white oak mortality. Fredric Miller is a professor of horticulture at Joliet Junior College, and a senior research analyst at the Morton Arboretum. Dr. Miller currently serves as the Illinois Forest Health Specialist.
