Renewing Your Membership

If you are a current or past member and wish to renew your membership, we offer 3 options:

1) You can mail a check to the IFA Secretary at P.O. Box 224, Chatham, IL  62629.
     a. We ask that you verify your contact information so that our newsletters and other communications reach you. 
     b. The easiest way to do that would be to complete our membership form (DOWNLOAD HERE) and include it with your check. 
     c. The membership form also will explain our various membership levels and their dues amounts.
     d. After your payment is recorded in our system, if we have your email address, you will receive an email confirmation.

     - OR -

2) If we have your email address, you can login above and use PayPal securely to pay with your credit card.
     a. If you haven't yet logged in to our website, instructions are below. 
     b. Once you are logged in, click on "View Profile" in the upper right of any page.
     c. Review your contact information in your profile.  Update it by clicking on "Edit Profile", making changes, and clicking "Save".
     d. If you wish to continue at the same membership level and term, then click on "Renew until X/XX/XXXX" on the right.
     e. If you wish to change to a 2-year or 3-year membership or choose a Supporting, Sustaining, or Lifetime Membership,
          then click on "Change Membership Level".  On the ensuing screen, select your preferred level and term.
     e. Finally, indicate that you will be using PayPal.  A PayPal website will appear and you can use a PayPal account or your credit card.
     f. Our system will email you confirmation of your payment and your renewal.

     -OR-

3) if we have your email address, you can login, begin the renewal process, receive an invoice, and mail in a check.
     a. If you haven't yet logged in to our website, instructions are below. 
     b. Once you are logged in, click on "View Profile" in the upper right of any page.
     c. Review your contact information in your profile.  Update it by clicking on "Edit Profile", making changes, and clicking "Save".
     d. If you wish to continue at the same membership level and term, then click on "Renew until X/XX/XXXX" on the right.
     e. If you wish to change to a 2-year or 3-year membership or choose a Supporting, Sustaining, or Lifetime Membership,
          then click on "Change Membership Level".  On the ensuing screen, select your preferred level and term.
     e. Finally, indicate that you will be mailing a check.  The system will email you an invoice.
     f. After we receive and record your payment in our system, you will receive an email confirmation.

INITIALLY LOGGING IN TO OUR WEBSITE:
a) Click on "Forgot Password" in the upper right of any page.
b) Enter your email address* and copy the anti-hacker code displayed.
c) Our system will send you an email message shortly that will explain how to set your new password.
* If your email address is not recognized, you will have to renew by mail or send your new email address to our administrator.
