Log-Grown Mushroom Production Workshop

Are you interested in learning about log-grown mushroom production? If so, come to this University of Illinois Extension Forestry Workshop. Log-grown mushroom production is easy and relatively inexpensive to start, and is a great project that can be fun for the entire family.

This workshop will be taught by Mike Hatfield of Flyway Farms and will cover the process of selecting logs, inoculation, and storage.  Participants will get to see firsthand the processes involved in producing log-grown mushrooms.
